We endeavour to accommodate last-minute changes to the best of our ability; however, we can only guarantee changes for requests received by 9 am, 5 working days before your scheduled delivery date. During peak periods, such as high-volume delivery times, we initiate order processing earlier than usual. Therefore, we may require up to 10 working days' notice for any changes to be effectively implemented. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs and preferences.



All prices displayed for products on our website include the prevailing VAT rate. Please note that unless explicitly stated, delivery charges are not included in the listed prices. While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing, prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is incorrectly priced on our site, we will exercise our discretion to either contact you for further instructions before dispatching the product or decline the order and notify you accordingly. Please be aware that we are not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect (lower) price, even if an order confirmation has been sent. Ownership of the products will be transferred to you only upon receipt of full payment for the products, including any applicable delivery charges. When you create an account and input your payment details, Stripe will securely store your card information, allowing you to check out effortlessly on future visits without re-entering your card details. For your peace of mind, please be assured that we never store or have access to your credit or debit card details. Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us.



To ensure a smooth and timely delivery process, please provide accurate personal details before placing your order. This includes the recipient's full name, address (including the correct postcode), and telephone number. Additionally, provide your daytime contact number or email address in case of any delivery issues. Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations involving third parties, such as hotels, hospitals, and offices. In such cases, the authorized person's signature will serve as proof of delivery. Please be aware that not all hospitals can receive flower deliveries, so it's advisable to call in advance to confirm their policy.

All our products and flowers are subject to availability. If there are any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without prior notice.

Our flowers are dispatched and delivered by DPD. In case the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the flowers may be left on the property or with a neighbour. If you have a preferred delivery location, kindly specify it when contacted by DPD. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the flowers left unattended, please indicate this clearly in the delivery information during the checkout process. In such cases, the flowers will be returned to the delivery depot, and the recipient will be left a card to arrange a re-delivery.


Please note that adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events beyond our control may result in occasional late or cancelled deliveries. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery date. Our liability will be limited to the price of undelivered goods and the delivery cost.

If you request leaving a delivery unattended at any address, you acknowledge that we disclaim all liability arising from the delivery being unattended for any period. This includes potential issues like theft, contamination, or temperature changes.


Once the flowers are delivered, they become your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by third parties or due to events such as fire, flood, or mechanical breakdowns. Additionally, we are not responsible for deliveries made to the wrong address due to incorrect postcodes, house names, or numbers.

For nationwide next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM. We also offer deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays if our premium delivery services are selected.

Our bouquet deliveries cover London and the closest counties, while Christmas wreaths can be delivered to any address within the UK.



If you wish to cancel an order, please send a written notification to info@katedbloom.com at least five working days before the scheduled delivery date. During peak periods, we begin processing orders earlier than usual due to the high volume of deliveries. Consequently, we may require up to 10 working days' notice for any cancellation or changes to be effectively processed. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing sufficient notice as it helps us maintain the highest level of service and ensures a smooth shopping experience for all our customers.



We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us under the following circumstances:

1.​If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil the order for the Products you have placed, or if there is an error in the listed price or description of the Products due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers.

2.​In the event that we cancel your contract, we will promptly notify you via email and proceed to refund any amount you have paid using your credit or debit card. However, we are not obligated to provide compensation for any loss or disappointment experienced by you.




We take pride in the quality of our flowers and plants and offer a minimum guarantee of 5 days from the date of delivery, provided that the care instructions are followed diligently. Rest assured, we take great care in packaging and distributing our flowers to ensure they reach the intended recipient in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that your flowers have sustained damage during transit, please retain the flowers and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Regrettably, we cannot be held liable for claims reported beyond this specified time frame.

In the event of damaged flowers, we will strive to offer a suitable resolution. If feasible, we will replace the damaged flowers with fresh ones. If a replacement is not possible, we will gladly provide a full refund to the purchaser. Our commitment is to deliver beautiful and vibrant flowers, and we stand by our guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase.



Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we regretfully cannot accept returns. As living and delicate items, flowers and plants have a limited shelf life, and their condition can quickly change after delivery. To ensure the utmost freshness and quality, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon receipt and adhering to our care instructions. If there are any concerns or issues with your order, kindly reach out to our customer support team within the specified time frame mentioned in our guarantee policy. We shall not be held liable to you in the event of any failure to deliver the Products you have ordered, any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to the delivered Products if such issues are caused by circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances or events may include, but are not limited to, strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes, system or network access breakdowns, floods, fires, explosions, or accidents.



All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, design rights, trademarks (registered or unregistered), patents (registered or unregistered), and any other rights pertaining to intellectual property, including the software and source code featured on this website, as well as any designs related to the products (in whole or in part), text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of Kate D Bloom or its licensors. As a user, you are granted no rights, title, or interest in these intellectual property rights. At our discretion, we may periodically offer products at discounted prices. If a customer has already made a purchase and subsequently finds that the price of the purchased product has been discounted due to a special offer, the price at the time of purchase will prevail. Regrettably, we are unable to provide retroactive special offer discounts for purchases that have already been completed.

Please note that discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, and only one promotion code can be used per order. With the exception of specified cases, voucher discounts cannot be redeemed against orders placed during key peak periods where supply is limited. Such periods include, but are not limited to, the 7 delivery days leading up to Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Lastly, discounts and voucher codes cannot be applied to courier delivery charges. Percentage-based discount vouchers are applied solely to the cost of the flowers or bouquet, unless stated otherwise.

If the flowers we deliver do not match your order, are damaged, defective, or there is an incorrect quantity, we shall not be liable unless you notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the products in question. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) arising from any problem reported to us under this condition. Additionally, we shall not be liable to provide compensation in such cases.

We accept no liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, nor do we accept liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so if such failure or delay is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
